Diogo Dalot Manchester United full-back, has given his opinion on who will become the best goalkeeper in the world, but not club-mate Andre Onana.

Onana has had a mixed season at Old Trafford since he replaced David de Gea last summer.

The Cameroonian has had a poor start to the season with the Red Devils, although he has recovered some form following a disappointing Africa Cup of Nations match where he scored three goals in just one game.

Another goalkeeper linked with United last summer was Porto number one Diogo Costa.

Dalot believes his compatriot has what it takes to become the best goalkeeper in the world and make the leap to a top European club.

He told UFABET: “I think [Costa] made this leap. [To move to a top club in Europe] which will happen whenever he decides.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to tell him over and over that he has that ability and for me he will soon be the best goalkeeper in the world.”

“He is already one of the best. And that’s why I believe he has that potential and that future. Besides good friends He is also a great goalkeeper. And I look forward to seeing what he does in the future.”

For Costa, 24, he has played 146 matches for Porto and 19 for the Portuguese national team.
